🛒 Ingredients

  • 500g pork loin or tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce (optional)
  • 1 small carrot, sliced thinly
  • 1 bell pepper (red or yellow), sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup water or chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Marinate the Pork

In a bowl, toss pork slices with soy sauce. Let it marinate while you prepare the vegetables.

2. Stir-Fry the Pork

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until browned (about 5–6 minutes). Remove pork and set aside.

3. Sauté the Vegetables

Add the remaining oil. Stir-fry garlic and onion until fragrant. Add carrots and broccoli, cook for 2 minutes. Add bell pepper and zucchini, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

4. Combine and Simmer

Return the pork to the pan. Add oyster sauce, hoisin sauce (if using), and water or broth. Stir well and cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is coated and the veggies are tender-crisp.

5. Serve

Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot with steamed rice!
